How to Cancel Your Plan

Begin by logging into your MasteringBOX account. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the main dashboard, which serves as the central hub for all your mastering activities.

2. Click on the Icon at the Top Right

In the upper-right corner of the dashboard, you’ll find your account icon—this could be your profile picture or a generic avatar.

Clicking on this icon will reveal a menu with various account-related options.

3. Open the Dropdown Menu

Upon clicking the account icon, a dropdown menu will appear. From the list of options, select “My Account” to proceed to your account management page.

4. Navigate to “Billing & Plan”

Within the “Manage Account” section, locate and click on “Billing & Plan.” This section provides comprehensive details about your current subscription, including billing history and plan specifics.

5. Select “Cancel”

In the “Plan” subsection, you’ll find the option to “Cancel” your plan. Clicking this will initiate the cancellation process. It’s advisable to review any information regarding the consequences of cancellation, such as loss of access to premium features.

6. Confirm Your Cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to cancel your subscription.

Confirm your choice, and your subscription will be canceled. You will be able to reactivate it until the indicated expiration period.
